Description
This report sends cost centers for which a cost assignment is allowed,to external time recording systems. When the employee enters a timeevent, the corresponding cost center initiates the cost assignment.
The data is required to perform checks against the cost centers thatthe employees entered.
The download takes place for a specified validity period for the costcenters. You can determine the validity period in the Valid from and No. of days fields.

Precondition

Procedure
You select the cost centers to be posted using the controlling area andat least one entry in the Selection using cost center group orSelection using general criteria areas.
Using the possible entries function to select the cost center group,choose only the List of single values.
If you make the selection using the cost center group, you must havethe applicable groups created in the same system in which you arestarting the report.
Make the necessary entries in the selection fieldsTarget system and Log.

Note
If the report is used in an HR only system, the cost center groups arenot available. The cost center groups are Accounting objects and areonly available in an Accounting system. The cost center group selectionoption is hidden if you are using an HR only system.
Since cost centers are replicated, the above does not apply and thereport can be run with the above restriction for the selectioncriteria.
If the cost center groups are mandatory for the selection, the reportcan also be run in the Accounting system.
