Description
This report sends employee balances to time recording systems.
Employees can access the balances at the time recording terminal.

Precondition

Procedure
Choose a key date on which you want to send the data to the timerecording system.
Enter the necessary data in the selection fields Targetsystem and Log.

Example
You want your employees to be able to access their flextime balance andtheir leave entitlement at the time recording terminal.

You can define the balances which can be accessed by employees inCustomizing step Define data to be displayed atthe terminal in the Implementation Guide (IMG) for Personnel TimeEvents.
