SAP Program RPSTA200 - Time-Related Statistical Reporting

Description
This report is used to create statistical evaluations.
The evaluation is carried out on key dates. The system suggests today'sdate as the default key date. Note that it is only possible to make anentry in the Person selection period field if you have flaggedthe Other period indicator.
Under Selection, enter the details of the employee to beevaluated. The following fields are available for entries:

  • Personnel number

  • Employment status

  • The system suggests that employees with the following employment statusbe evaluated:
    1 = Employee is in the company but has leave of absence
    2 = Employee is in company but a pensioner
    3 = Employee is active in the company
    • Personnel area

    • Personnel subarea

    • Employee group

    • Employee subgroup

    • Under Additional data, you can enter or select the followingadditional selection options:
      • Initial entry acc. contract elmt

      • Entry into group

      • Date type

      • Type of cost distribution

      • In these fields, you specify which values should serve as a basis forthe program run.
        You can execute report RPSTA100 (Time-RelatedStatistical Evaluations) in the background. This offers you extra boxeson the selection screen in which you can enter data for non-interactiveexecution.

        Output
        The report results are displayed graphically.
        Three-dimensional graphics
        After you have selected Execute you reach the graphical display.Here you select two class features. The system assigns each featurepair to the relevant employee number. When you select these featuresthe relevant graphics change.
        The following class features are avaliable for selection:
        Gender
        Age
        Seniority
        Nationality
        Place of birth
        Business area
        Organizational unit
        Pay scale classification
        Employee subgroup
        Cost center
        Two-dimensional graphics
        If you choose *no second dimension* in the Column fieldof the graphic screen the report result is given in the form of atwo-dimensional graphic.
        You can display the result of your evaluation as a list or graphic. Tochoose the required display mode, click on the appropriate functionkey. In the Type of Graphic(2D) field you can choose the from ofthe graphic.
        HB - Horizontal bar
        VB - Vertical bar
        PI - Pie chart

        • Selection of employees

        • Persons are only selected if they have an active work center on theselection key date. An error list is generated for these employees.This list is displayed by choosing Go to -> Error list. The
          Error message dialog box is displayed. Here the reason for therejection is displayed for each rejected personnel number.
          • Cost center feature

          • For the Cost center feature the infotype Cost distribution (0027) is used. Each employee appears according to the distrubutionpercentage under the entered cost center.
