SAP Program RPLSDIV0 - Self-declared illness warnings - Norway

Title
Self-declared illness warnings report

Purpose
The purpose of this report is to present the names of employees that
should be warned because they are approaching the limit for how
many self-declared illnesses they are allowed to use, or they have
already misused their rights to use self-declaration for own illnesses.
The program compares the current results to the previous run, to make
sure an employee is not listed twice for the exact same absences.
Self-declarations for children's or babysitter's illnesses are not
accounted for, since different rules apply to such absences.

Features
The personnel to be inlcuded in the report run are selected based on
company code, personnel area, subarea, cost center and personnel
number.
There are two options available:
Rerun of previous warnings
Presents the same list as your last report run. Use this option if you
wish to print another copy of the same exact list, or if you in
retrospect have to look at which warnings were issued last time.
Be aware that you cannot look at reports generated by other users.
Page break between cost centers
Use this option if you want to run the report for several cost centers,
but the cost center manager is only allowed to see warnings for their
own cost center.
An employee can be listed in the report due to four different reasons:
Status W (Warn) - green ample:
He has only one self-declaration to use before reaching the limit.
Status L (Limit) - yellow ample:
He has reached the maximum number of self-declare illnesses.
Status E (Exceeded) - red ample:
He has exceeded the maximum number of self-declare illnesses allowed.
Misuse - red ample:
He has used self-declaration on a number of days that accumulated
exceed the number of days allowed within one employer's period.

Prerequisites
The feature VSL20 has to be set before running the report. In the
feature the following values can be set based on organizational
assignment and collective agreements:
Maximum number of self-declare illnesses per 12 months.
Maximum number of days for one self-declaration.
Number of months that own illnesses must be certified by a physician
once the employee has reached the maximum number of self-declarations.

Example
Usually, an employee can use four self-declarations for absences due
to own illness in a period of 12 months. Each absence can be up to
three calendar days (including days off between workdays). When an
employee has reached a total of three self-declarations from the
last time the report was run until today, the person's name will be
listed in the report with a green ample light, which indicates that no
rules have been violated, but the employee should be warned that next
time he/she uses a self-declaration he/she will get a 6-month period
where all own illnesses must be certified.
