Purpose
The occupancy report details who is in positions, both actually andnominally, and provides information on when the occupancy of thesepositions is to expire, including all vacancies, for how long they havebeen vacant and at the end of the report, a list of absences/attendances. Generally the absence/attendance will correspond with thevacancy but not always. This report also includes the employee groupand the number of hours per week.
