Description
You can use this report to display an employee's license plate numbers.
You can execute this report for any user defined time period. Thesystem suggests an evaluation using Other period.
Enter the data that the system should select under Selection.The following fields are available:
- Personnel number
- Employment status
The system suggests that all employees with the following employmentstatus should be evaluated:
1 = Employee is in the company but has leave of absence
2 = Employee is in the company but is a pensioner
3 = Employee is active in the company
- Company code
- Payroll area
- Pers.area/subarea/cost center
- Employee group/subgroup
You can further limit the evaluation under Additional data. Thefollowing fields are available for this:
- First name
- Last name
- Name at birth
- License plate number
- Telephone number 1
- Telephone number 2
- Buildings
- Room number
