SAP Program RPIELDA0_ESS - ESS Change of name and address: Create IT0367 records

Purpose
If you let your employees make name and address changes decentrally,(for example, using the Employee Self-Service (ESS) Scenario), you canuse this report to display the changes and create the correspondingrecords for SI-Notification Supplements A infotype (0367). Thusyou create the corresponding ELDA data records. To do this, select thefollowing from the report selection screen: Display Missing ELDARecords
the Due to name change
and Due to address change fields.
In addition, you can use this report to check whether ELDA data recordsexist for all created data records for SI-Notification SupplementsA infotype (0367). Using this report, you can create the missingELDA data records. From the report selection screen, select underDisplay ELDA Records the SI-Notification Supplements Ainfotype field.

Prerequisites
You use SI-Notification Supplements A infotype (0367) for thedata exchange with the social insurance administrations.

Features
From the report selection screen, under Type ofELDA-Record-Creation you can choose between processing types:

  • If you select the individually using report list field, the
  • report creates a list of all records of infotype 0367 that have beenchecked.
    Each line of this list contains a traffic light icon. This iconindicates the following statuses:
    Lines with a green light usually mean that they are complete
    Lines with a yellow light mean that a record exists for infotype 0367.For this record, however, no ELDA data record has been createdaccording to the transfer status.
    Lines with a red light only occur when the report has found a name oraddress change in the specified period and no corresponding record forinfotype 0367 has been created.
    Lines with a green light are hidden in the standard variant for thereport's list output. If you want to show the lines with a green light,you can deactivate the filter for the report list.
    You can select lines that you want to edit in the first column. To editthe corresponding infotype records, choose one of the following:
    All ELDA Records
    You reach the maintenance screen for infotype 0367. In most cases, nomanual editing is necessary. From the infotype maintenance, you onlyneed to choose ELDA-Record and Save. The system automaticallyjumps to the next infotype record. You once again chooseELDA-Record and Save and so on. You remain in the maintenancescreen for infotype 0376 until all records of the entries you selectedhave been edited (this is across personnel numbers). Afterwards, youreturn to the report list.
    Single ELDA Record
    In this case, you returen to the report list after editing the infotyperecord. The traffic light displayed in the edited line is reset to thecurrent status. If you have set a filter for the status icon, (in thestandard variant, this filter is preset), the record is filtered out ofthe display. Thus you can get a record-for-record overview of theremaining worklist.
    • If you select Create Batch-Input-Session

    • , the report generates all required changes regarding infotype 0367as a batch-input session. You can process this session at a later timeusing System -> Services -> Batch Input
      -> Sessions online or as a background job. A background jobis useful for processing a large quantity of data.

      Output
      The report produces the output using the ABAP ListViewer (ALV).

      Standard_variants
      The output with the ABAP ListViewer (ALV) has been preset in thestandard delivery to the variant 01SAP.

      Selection
      The following fields are available on the report selection screen:

      • Under Time range you can restrict the period that the report
      • evaluates
        • Under Selection, you can use the Further selections
        • field, to expand the selection, for example, to include a personresponsible, if the restrictions for the personnel numbers are notsufficient.
          • You can change the report's output list, sort, and filter to meet your
          • requirement and then store them as a ALV-variant. You can enter thevariants you created in the report selection screen underListoutput Specifications.
            • If you choose batch-input processing, under Batch-Input-Processing

            • you can, before you create the batch-input session, enter valuesother than the default values.
