SAP Program RPDSIBB0 - Generate SI declaration

Use
This report allows you to generate the quarterly social insurancedeclaration - stored in cluster CX/WX -, as stipulated by the NationalOffice for Social Security.
The SAP R/3 system supports two types of declarations:

  • An original declaration, based on the current payroll results.

  • A corrective declaration, to correct previous declarations and
  • based on the new payroll results.

    Integration
    The data generated by report RPDSIBB0 is also used by reportDownload of SI declaration file (RPDSIGB0) to createthe file you send to the National Office for Social Security, and byreport Personnel statement (RPDSIFB0) to print thecontrol list.

    Prerequisites
    The data is retrieved from the various SI-related fields during thepayroll period for which the report is run. Before starting, make surethat the data has been entered correctly and that the payroll resultsare available.

    Authorities table
    Check the following fields in table Institutions (T5B9P):

    • SI institution,

    • SI payer,

    • Sender(s) of the SI declaration,

    • Company address(es),

    • Link between personnel area/subarea and the institutions.

      • Weekly workdays (0007),

      • Contract elements (0016),

      • Social Insurance Belgium (0100).
      • Features
        The National Office for Social Security allows you to cumulatereductions under certain conditions. For example, if an employer isentitled to several reductions for an employee during the same quarter,the program selects the most suitable one for the company.
