Description
This report is used to transfer entitlements to special payments fromtable T558A.
It is supposed that such entitlements are acquired in the past and mustbe imported to the 'SP' cluster table for later management through theautomation of special payments.
Procede as follows:
First, you must assign the employee to the relevant special payment.
Update the special payments feature with the PE03 transaction.
The special payments to be transferred must have previously been definedin table T530C.
The special payment wage types (warning: NOT the technical wage typesfor constituting valuation bases) must first be updated in table T558A.
To do this, initial records can be defined for each employee for whomspecial payments have been defined according to table T530C, runningthis report in "I" processing mode (see F1 help documentation for theparameter selction field).
If you want to transfer daily entitlements to the 'SP' cluster table,you must fill in the quantity field of the table T558A entry with thecorresponding days.
If you want to transfer valuation bases that have already beencalculated to the 'SP' cluster table, you must fill in the amount fieldof the table T558A entry with the corresponding amount.
If the end of the extra payment that you want to transfer is in the past
, you must enter '2' in the Rate field of table T558A (special paymentowed). If not (for special payment paid), enter '1' or '0' (sameeffects) in this field.
WARNING:

• If you have a paid and an owed special payment from the same wage type,
the start date of the table T558A entry should be considered a sequencenumber. The start and end date of the table T558A entry must always fallwithin the payroll period to be transferred.
IMPORTANT:

• You can only transfer special payments for which NO payment has been
made, since future automatic payments will not be able to take intoaccount the part paid.
Run the payroll.
IMPORTANT: you can only make the transfer to a period that has alreadybeen settled.
The RPCSPUn0 report is then run again using processing mode 'U' (see theF1 help documentation for the parameter selection field).
This report fills the cluster SP table with the entries form tablesT530C and T558A.

Output
In the following payroll period, the transferred entitlements to specialpayments will be automatically taken into account.
