HR-PT: Personnel Summary

Purpose
The Personnel Summary contains information about the company's activeemployees in order to fulfill a legal requirement based on the Act No.332/93, September 25.
This report is delivered in November of each year including the data ofthe last week of October.

Prerequisites

  • The IRC codes, CNP, Situation and
  • Educational Level fields must be filled in ProfessionalClassification PT (Infotype 0337).
    • The following wage types must be correctly generated and have
    • evaluation class12 andevaluation class 13

      /845 - Totalpaid non-work
      /846 - Totalunpaid absences
      /852 - Paidpublic holidays
      /856 - Effectiveworking hours
      Depending on the evaluation class specification, the value of the wagetype is transferred to the following column of the report:

      Note: The following payments are included in the
      Basic Pay: vacation days, public holidays, paid absences,payment of non-working hours
      Overtime: gross amount regarding the overtime hours worked inOctober, regardless of when they were performed - on working days,weekends or public holidays
      Regular remuneration: allowances (such as lunch, transportationand rent ), bonuses (such as seniority, attendance and productivity),hazardous work and night shift bonus
      Irregular: gross amount that was paid in October, regarding thepayments that are made on an irregular basis, that is, not monthly(Profit share, attendance and productivity bonuses, and Christmas orvacation allowances, if they were paid in October).
