HR-PT: Overtime Record

Purpose
The purpose of the Overtime Record is to generate a report of theovertime work performed by each employee in the company, substitutingthe overtime registration book. The employees' overtime data must beavailable in the company for legal inspection.
This report lists, for every employee, the number of hours, the reason,and the type of compensation (remuneration and/or leave period)relative to the overtime work, based on the Article 10 of the ActNo.421/83, December 12.
The first paragraph of Article 10 was introduced by the Artcle 2 of theAct No. 398/91, paragraphs 10-16, which also applies to paragraphs 4and 5 of Article 10.

Prerequisites
The Overtime Record can be generated only after the payroll is run andits resulting data are stored in the cluster.
All the wage types that are relevant for this report must haveevaluation class 10
maintained.
