Description
Cluster PC display (Personal Calendar, Spain)
You can use this report to display the contents of cluster PC, by
employee and by year. The country-specific part of the calendar will
then be displayed (the internal table that meets the requirements of
each country).
You can control the format by making the appropriate entries in the
'General Overview' parameter.
You can chose to display the contents of cluster PC according to
the selection criteria entered, or you can obtain a selection list. Thislist, which is designed for the interactive process, includes databasePCL1 records that correspond to the criteria entered.
You can make the detailed selection through PF2.
You can choose from three variants for displaying the personal calendar:

• - Formatting without displaying the year selected in a special way.


• - Formatting by month. Tabular personal calendar formatting, with

one line formatted each month.

• - Formatting by week. Tabular personal calendar formatting with

each week (Monday to Sunday) marked specially. Two months are
displayed side by side.

Special case to be taken into account
At some point, a case may arise involving more than one absence type
for a particular day, such as when settling hour quotas.
If you have chosen a special type of display for formatting, it must
be carried out in such a way that formatting happens per day. You
should then mark these days as '??'.

Definition
You can use this select option to tell the system which employees it
should select.

Select Option SELYEARS
Year

Definition
The year corresponding to the year entered indicates the year for which
a personal calender exists.

LISTA parameter
General overview

Definition
BLANK ==> Data is obtained from cluster PC
for the persons and years selected.
other ==> Only a general overview of the persons
and years selected is obtained.
You can use PF02 to make a detailed
selection of cluster PC data.

MODO parameter
Display type

Definition
You can use this parameter to tell the system how to display cluster PC.

Dependencies
Where:
J is personal calendar formatting without displaying the year in
a special way.
M is display per month.
The personal calendar is displayed in tabular form,
with one line formatted separately each month.
W is display by week
The personal calendar is displayed in tabular form,
with each week (Monday to Sunday) formatted separately
on a monthly basis. Two months are formatted side by side.
