SAP Program RPCLAKN0_OLD - Wage Return: Processing Response Messages

Purpose
This report processes response messages. Response messages are sent bythe tax authorities after:

  • A wage tax return has been received ('Confirmation' type);

  • The Tax Authority has validated the wage tax return and has found errors
  • ('Error' type );
    • The Tax Authority has found inconsistencies between nominative and
    • collective returns ('Warning' type);
      • The Tax Authority has found errors in nominative returns that can be
      • adjusted before the tax return period expires ('Notification ofIncorrect Nominative Return'(NINR));
        • The Tax Authority has found errors in the return that cannot be
        • communicated via a NINR or that are still outstanding after the taxreturn period has expired ('Adjustment Obligation')

          Integration
          This report is started from the B2A Manager, the menu or, periodically,from a script, and it processes all downloaded response messages.

          Prerequisites
          For a successful processing of a response message the followingprerequisites must be fulfilled:

          • You have the necessary read and write authorizations for the wage tax
          • return of the legal person to whom the response message relates. This ischecked using authorization object P_NL_LA06, with ACTVT = 01
            • The response message must have been downloaded from the Tax Authority
            • FTP Server to the local PC or to the application server
              • The status of the wage tax return to which the response message belongs
              • must be 'Sent'
                • The response message must not have been processed earlier.
                • Selection
                  In the selection screen you can select the legal person(s) for whomresponse messages should be processed. You can only process responsemessages for legal persons for whom you have read authorization.
                  You can also indicate whether the response message should be downloadedfrom the client PC. If you choose this option, a dialog box is openedwhich you can use to select an XML file. Use this file to select andopen the downloaded response message, upon which the response message isprocessed.
                  If you do not indicate that the response message should be downloadedfrom the client PC, all response messages that were downloaded to theapplication server location specified in HR_NL_LAA_IN (FILE transaction)are processed.

                  Output
                  If the response message was processed successfully, the data is saved inthe database. Successfully processed messages are moved from filelocation HR_NL_LAA_IN to HR_NL_LAA_DONE (both are specified in the FILEtransaction), if the application server´s response messages have beenread.
