SAP Program RPCLAJN0 - Annual wage return

Purpose
This report enables you to create an annual wage return
.

Prerequisites
You have created the Payroll Taxes Return for the year to be reportedusing the SAP system and submitted it to the tax authorities.
You have the necessary authorizations to create an annual wage return.This requires the use of the Authorization Object Wage Return 2006
(P_NL_LA06).

Features
This report uses the data submitted to the tax authorities as part ofthe Payroll Taxes Return and saved in the relevant tables. This takesinto consideration all corrections for the reporting year in questionthat have been submitted during and/or after the reporting year.
Only Payroll Taxes Returns with the status "OK" are incorporated intothe annual wage return.
The annual wage return should be submitted according to payroll taxesnumber. This makes it possible to combine LEPERs with the same payrolltaxes number. The combination applies to both the output list and theannual wage return file.
The annual wage return should be submitted only once to the taxauthorities. This means that corrections about the reporting year madeafter submitting the returns may not be submitted using the Annual WageReturn. This is done following the standard procedures for makingcorrections to the Payroll Taxes Return.

Selection
You can select the required legal person/persons. The Year forAnnual Wage Return indicates the year for which the annual wagereturn is being created. This cannot be changed for 2006.
If necessary, you can work in Test Mode. In this case, the datais not saved in the database and no file is created.
If working in Test Mode, it is possible to select a group of personnelnumbers. If no personnel numbers have been entered, all persons includedunder the legal person will be selected.
With the indicator Report, you can indicate whether you want tohave an overview of the number of income relationships according topayroll taxes number for each reporting period.

Output
This report creates a CSV file, a statisticaloverview and an output list.
The CSV file is generated in accordance with the guidelines of the taxauthorities. It is essential to know the file extension should be TXT.This must not be changed. Comma Separated Value (CSV) is the file formatused.
A file will be created for each payroll taxes number. If you select morethan one LEPER, more files will be created (with different payroll taxesnumbers). The files are saved at the same location as the files for thePayroll Taxes Return.

Activities
The output list can be used to compare the annual wage return (at LEPERlevel) to the Payroll Taxes Return.
If you perform an individual-level check, the CSV (TXT extension) filecan be opened using Microsoft Excel (or another spreadsheetapplication).
We recommend making a copy of the SAP so that the setting are notchanged (by MS Excel).
To improve the display and management of the data, you should:

  • define the data in cells with exponential display as numbers without
  • decimals
    • define cells to display numbers to two decimal points

    • use the period (.) as a decimal separator
