Purpose
This report is used to close one or more wage returns. Once the returnis closed it is no longer possible to make any adjustments or to linkany return messages to the return.
We recommend that you do not close the return until you are certain thatthat you will not receive any more return messages from the taxauthority. This is most likely to be the case if the return isautomatically closed when extracting the return from the next period.
The status change will only be made if you confirm the dialog box with"OK". Invalid legal persons are included in the report. All valid legalpersons are also processed.

Selection
This is where you specify the legal persons who must be closed for thewage return. You can only select legal persons for whom you have thenecessary authorizations (authorization object P_NL_LA06 withACTVT equal to '01'), and who have status "Sent" ("05") in the wagereturn tables and status "In Process - Confirmation Received" in theB2A Manager.
Select Test Run to run the report in test mode without updatingthe database.

Output
You can edit the report using the standard ALV functions. In addition, asummarized report is created in the B2A Manager.
