HR-PT: Individual Income Declaration

Purpose
You use this report to generate a notification which is sent annually(in January) to every employee and contains information regarding theemployee's earnings, contributions (Social Security and membership) andthe tax amounts withheld per income category in a given year.

  • The Individual Income Declaration can be generated only after the
  • payroll is run and its resulting data are stored in the cluster.
    • All the Membership Fee wage types relevant for the Individual Income
    • Declaration are maintained withevaluation class 12
      using value 29.
      • For the header data of the report, the following table fields have been
      • configured and filled (see Define entities
        and Maintain properties of entities):
        Company name
        Address
        Postal Code
        Postal place
        Fiscal number

        You can generate the report with the following output types:

        • Direct print - output identical to the one used by the versions prior to
        • ECC 6.00
          • PDF using the Form output table framework function

          • Customized output through the costumer exit EXIT_RPCIIDP0_001
