Interface Toolbox (PU12): adjustment after payroll results have beenvoided

Purpose
The report is used to adjust cluster ID/IF using cluster CU afterpayroll results have been voided in the Off-Cycle Workbench.

Features
The report has a function for testing. If you select Test, thenyou check which payroll results the Interface Toolbox deleted during theadjustment.
The deletion of cluster IF is logged in the application log.
The report only functions when payroll results are voided normally, notby an out-of-sequence reversal.
The report only functions without errors if the entries to be deleted inthe interface directory ID are at the end. There should be no othercases as only the last payroll result can be voided. The introduction ofout-of-sequences checks also does not change anything because the SAPsystem always inserts them at the end of the interface directory ID. TheInterface Toolbox uses the next available sequence number.
It is only possible and useful to use the report for the payrollinterface.

Example
The payroll result is voided for payroll period 08 2002. Payroll is thenrun for period 09 2002. Before period 09 2002 can be exported with theInterface Toolbox, the cluster IF/ID must first be adjusted by startingthis report. This deletes the payroll result for period 08 from clusterIF.
If you do not start the report. the Interface Toolbox reports the errorE017 during the next export for period 09.
Note
You must also void the payroll result of payroll period 08 in thethird-party system. For the next export, the Interface Toolbox assumesthat all the effects of the voided payroll result were reversed in thethird-party system.
