Deleting Interface Results for a run date, run time

Purpose
The interface results for a run date, run time, are deleted if the runtakes place at the end of the payroll results. The report is used if anexport has been terminated in order to delete interface results thathave already been updated. This makes it possible to start export againwithout complications.
