SAP Program RPCBLID0 - Construction industry: Contribution statement for social fund proc.

Purpose
This report returns the value of the contributions payable to thesocial fund procedure for the construction industry. This affects thefollowing contribution areas:

  • Leave

  • Supplementary pension

  • Loss earnings compensation

  • Winter construction contribution

  • Vocational training

  • Social expenses
  • Features
    In addition to the contributions payable, the system also determinesthe total of the accompanying gross wage.
    The contributions are generally calculated as a percentage of thetotal gross wage.
    However, the following exception exists for the supplementarypension:
    The contribution for employees who are in military/non-militaryservice, who have taken parental leave, or who are employed at aforeign site for the complete period is a fixed monthlycontribution.
    If this exception starts during the period, the contribution iscalculated as a daily value for each calendar or work day.
    The number of employees affected is determined for these exceptions.
    The number of employees affected is also determined for the wintercompensation contribution.
    The employee's gross wage is only considered in the total if acontribution for the leave or winter compensation contribution or apercentage contribution for the supplementary pension exists.
    The contributions are shown as a total per operating account.
    The differences for the retroactive periods are determined. The reportcan also be reset, in other words, it can also be repeated for pastperiods.
    The report can return the results as a group statement or an individualstatement.
