Nomination table adjustment.

Purpose
With 4.6c SP2 the nomination tables are enhanced with new fields and anew status management concept has been introduced.
This initialization XPRA report

  • intializes the new Nomination type (NOMTYP) field from NULL to BLANK.

  • defaults the nomination class to 'CR' (Carrier Nomination)

  • sets the Header Status Codes by the old Nomination Header Status field
    • OIJNOMH-NOMST
    • sets the Item Status Codes by the old Nomination Item Status field
      • OIJNOMI-ISTAT
      • calculates and sets the timestamp fields on the nomination items from
        • the schedule date
        • The nomination relevance table are corrected to use the newly delivered
          • nomination class instead of the initial nomination type - which was notused yet.
          • The nomination number range object is adjusted to use the nomination
            • type table as group table.
