Transfer data from OIJRDH, OIJBRDH into OIJ_RDHEAD;
Data in OIJRDH, OIJBRDH are NOT deleted.
There may be a difference in the number of entries OIJRDH + OIJBRDHcompared to OIJ_RDHEAD,
because the report does not copy over entries in OIJBRDH with CHARG =SPACE.
