Description
ROIGSM02 should be used to correct material movements which have beencreated through bulk shipment processing. As long as a shipment is notyet complete (status < 6), the appropriate correction function inloading or delivery confirmation will have to be used.
After the shipment is complete, this report can be used to clear upincorrect postings. As the documents created from bulk shipmentscontaindifferent movement types, the core function to cancel/reversematerial documents may produce an error message. Using ROIGMS02, it ispossible to select the material document and reverse the movements.
The report does NOT reverse items of a material document which refer toa goods issue posting of an SD delivery. For those movements you needto use the specific function in SD (cancelation of goods issue, VL09).
There are no updates on the bulk shipment database which have influeceon status handling. Thus, the shipment status does not change. Forinformation and technical reasons (cancellation of a reversal) theshipment history database (OIGSH) is updated with the 'new' reversematerial document. As the shipment is not changed by means of furtherprocessing, the SD document flow is not updated.
