Description
This report is an emergency report which should only be used with adetailed knowledge about the TD bulk shipment database or aftercontacting the development support of IS-Oil TD in Walldorf.
The user only needs to run the report if there is an indication ofdamaged TD bulk shipment data.
It runs against selected deliveries and deletes/corrects the dataaccording to the run option. After running the report it can benecessary to carry out additional transactions to achieve completeconsistency in all SAP documents.
The program can run with different options. The user has to choose onerun option on the selection screen. The option decides which data areto be correced.
If deliveries have been dedected for correction and the program doesnot run in test mode a popup forces the user to confirm the correctionprocess. Thus there is a chance to leave the process. If the programruns in TEST mode the update function is NOT started and no databasechanges take place. This enables to user to analyse the list and avoidunintended updates.

1. Run option: Create tracking data for goods issue document
The correction is relevant for 2-step plant to plant transfers iftracking is activated in the material master.
If a delivery has been posted goods issue through a TD bulk shipment notracking information from the refering stock transfer order is recordedin the material document. After that if the delivery is removed fromthe shipment or the shipment is deleted the outstanding goods receiptinvokes tracking and and encounters an unbalanced transfer stock. Asthe system assumes TD doing its own balance, quantities w/o trackingdata are not taken into account. Now to get the right balance outsideTD the quantity goods issued in TD needs to be encountered. So thiscorrection provides the missing information in the material document(MSEG) and in the related tracking records (OIH30H and OIH30I).

Output
The system lists all deliveries with data inconsistency. Depending onthe run option additional data are displayed.
At the bottom the system indicates whether the run was in test mode. Ifupdates have been made user, date and time are listed. In this case itis highly recommended to have a printout of the run.
