Purpose
This report corrects service-to-treatment certificate assignments (froma technical perspective: table NLKZ) that are incorrect. In thisconnection, see also SAP Note 890176.
Technical Background
A treatment certificate is technically stored in the system with atreatment certificate header (table NKSK) and exactly one treatmentcertificate item (table NKSP) with item number '0000' (fieldNKSP-POSNR). A service is assigned to a treatment certificate usingtable NLKZ.
Error Situation
The system has stored an incorrect item number for the assignment ofservices to a treatment certificate in table NLKZ.
Example
NKSK: Document 1234
NKSP: Document 1234, item number 0000
NLEI: Service 5678
Incorrect NLKZ:
Service 5678, document 1234, item number 0001 (instead of 0000)
Possible Consequences

• The system does not fully transfer services for PPA billing (SAP Note
887812 now resolves this problem).

• You are unable to bill for non-PPA cases correctly. The system cannot
correctly evaluate the assignment of a service to a treatmentcertificate during the billing process. It issues the error message"Incomplete service assignment or gaps in service asgmt (check)" (N8335) or "Selective bill. or no IV: service & will not be billed for" (N8370).

Prerequisites
Run the report in the background when the system load is low since itchecks a considerable amount of data in the system.
Since the report does not lock the case table, it is recommended thatyou only run it at a time when you usually do not make changes totreatment certificates and services.

Features
The report corrects the incorrect entries in table NLKZ. It does notmake database changes in test mode.

Selection
You can run the report for a case selection, for individual cases, orfor all the cases in an institution.

Output
The report outputs a simple list of the NLKZ entries that it corrects.
