Description
The report determines canceled insurance relationships for which thereare still active (not canceled) certificates or insurance verificationrequests.
You can run the report for individual cases and also for the completeinstitution. Please ensure that you execute this report in thebackground at discreet times, since it checks a large amount of data inthe system.
The report outputs its results as a simple list.
If you run the report in "Test mode", no database changes are made inthe background. The report merely determines the inconsistent datarecords.
If you execute the report in "Live mode", it deletes insuranceverification headers and insurance verification requests pertaining tocanceled insurance relationships without issuing a confirmation prompt.
Please always run this report first in test mode, and check the resultin the list. Only then should you run the report in live mode for acouple of cases, and check the result in the database or in thetransaction concerned (insurance relationship or insuranceverification). If the results are ok for this limited number of casesyou can go ahead and run the report for the complete institution.
