Description
The report selects all confirmations of coverage that contain neither apercentage covered nor a price covered.
If there are entries in the corresponding insurance verificationrequest fields, the report uses these values. If these fields areinitial, the program attempts to determine data using the assignment tothe service. In such cases, the percentage covered is usually set to100%. If the start and end dates of the IV request are also missing,the program takes these dates from the service.

Please run this report first in test mode, and check the change log.For each inconsistent IV request, the original data from the databaseis displayed in the first line. The changes are displayed in the secondline.
Please execute the report in the background at a discreet time, sinceyou have to reckon with a lengthy runtime.
