Description
On the basis of the selection parameters specified, this report selectsall cases which have not been cancelled and for which finalbilling has been performed.
All the extended services that have not been cancelled for each ofthese cases are read, and checked against the discharge date.
If the start and end date of a service fall within the period betweenthe patient's last movement and discharge, then both the end date andthe end time of the service are compared with the discharge date andthe discharge time. If there are any discrepancies, this case (and itsservices) will appear in the error log.
If you start this report in test mode, the case and the servicewill not be changed in the database.
If you run the report in production mode, the case will be setto the status Interim billed and the corresponding servicesdelimited as of the discharge date and discharge time.
First, test the report in production mode for one case,and check the outcome of the changes.

ALways run the report in test mode first, and check the results list.Some of the cases and services listed might have been delimited byanother user on purpose and should, therefore, not be changed.
If you are running the report for a large number of cases, always runit in the background at an off-peak time.
