SAP Program RNUEIS - Transfer Data IS-H -> EIS

Description
This program determines and transfers data from the IS-Hindustry-specific component into the Executive Information SystemEC-EIS.

Precondition
Before executing this program, you must have performed the activitiesdescribed in Configure Settings in EC-EIS
in the IS-H Implementation Guide.

Fields

  • Aspect

    • Specify the IS-H specific aspect which should incorporate the determineddata records. This aspect must only contain characteristics and basickey figures whose underlying structure was contained in the SAP softwareshipment.
    • Version in EC-EIS

      • The version in EIS allows you to hold different datasets in parallel(dataset before and after a period is billed, for example). As ingeneral only actual data is transferred from IS-H into EIS you don'tneed to change the default value (0 = actual data) of the Plan/act.ind. field in EIS.
      • Period/financial year (IS-H) frm/to

        • By selecting the No. before current period
        option you specify the evaluation period using the number ofprevious periods. This allows you to schedule the program to executeperiodically.

          • Test mode (no transfer)

            Recommendation
            The program should only be executed in the background with a variant,otherwise a timeout error may cause the transfer to abort in dialog modeif the dataset to be processed is extensive.

            Output
            The program outputs the number of datasets that have been transferredsuccessfully and the datasets that have been excluded by the authoritycheck.
            If you are in test mode, the program also displays the contents of allsender records determined in IS-H for the data transfer.
            The program writes a transfer log which you can view from the SAPEasy Access Menu by choosing Accounting -> Enterprise Controlling-> Executive InfoSystem -> Transaction Data -> Transfers -> Transfer Log
            (transaction KCUA).
