Description
The report creates the totals file for the service statistics.

Precondition
You always have to enter the institution and the evaluation period.
INCLUDE ISH_STAT_STATISTIKSPERRE OBJECT DOKU ID TX LANGUAGE E
By entering service catalogs, you control which services are includedin the totals files.
A log is only output if you set the corresponding parameter.
You can see existing entries in the totals file under the header"available periods".

Output
The records read from the service master and the records written intothe statistics file are output.
When an error occurs, those catalogs for which no translation ruleexists and the services which could not translated are output.
