Description
The program sets the status of the basic medical documentation for theselected cases to the specified new status and/or to the new departmentstatus(es).

Features
The cases are selected either using case selections or selectioncriteria.

Selection
When you select the cases using selection criteria, the followingspecifications are possible:

• Case number


• Departmental OU

All of the movements of a case are always taken into account. If thedepartmental OU is contained in any non-canceled movement of the case,the criterion is satisfied.

• Nursing OU All of the movements of a case are always taken into account.
If the nursing OU is contained in any non-canceled movement of the case,the criterion is satisfied.

• Admission date

If the date of the admission movement is in the specified period, thecriterion is satisfied.

• Discharge date

If the date of the discharge movement is in the specified period, thecriterion is satisfied.

• Billing status


• Case type (outpatient, inpatient, day patient)

The current status, if specified, is a further restriction that theprogram takes into account when selecting cases.
The various criteria are linked together with the logical operator ANDfor the overall selection.

Output
The log shows the result of the transition.
It displays the selected cases and the result of the status transitionboth in test and production mode. In test mode, the system onlysimulates the status transition. If you set the Detailed Logindicator, the system also shows the status prior to the change.
The Log without Hierarchy Display option alters the results listdisplay. When you execute the program in the background, output isalways without the hierarchy display.
