Besides the information directly output in the lists, further data ismade available in the field list of the SAP List Viewer in relation tothe type of list and the IS-H country version in use. You can includethese extra fields in the output list, if required.
For example, you can display information on discharge in the arrivalslists, or information on admission in the departures lists. For moreinformation about this option, see the documentation on the respectivelist you want to generate.
The Foreign case and Movement reason 1 and 2 fields areavailable in the country version Germany, and the Non-resident,No. of children, Specialty and Type of case end inthe country version Singapore.
Address data in the additional field list:
The additional field list makes available information pertaining to thepatient's address and telephone number. The program only reads thisinformation if it is to be displayed in the output list. Note thatreading this information is runtime intensive and impairs performance ifresults lists are extensive.
Insurance provider data in the additional field list:
When you execute this program via the reporting function System ->Services -> Reporting, information on the insurance provider with thelowest sequence number is made available at case level. However, youneed the appropriate authorization to display the insurance providerdata.
Note: Reading the insurance provider data is runtime intensive andimpairs performance if results lists are extensive.
Important note about using filters in ALV layouts:
As described above, the content of certain fields in the field list isonly read from the database if these fields are actually used in alayout. This applies to the following fields and field groups:diagnoses, insurance providers, physicians assigned, addresses and anumber of country-specific fields (see above).
When using these fields as filter criteria you should make sure thatthese fields are first displayed in the list and only then define themas filters. These fields must not be used as filter criteria in initiallayouts.
