Description
This program enables you to generate an overview of all the outpatientvisits for which the system does not contain billable and/ornon-billable services.

Precondition
You must specify the institution and visit date.

Selection Criteria
In addition to specifying the visit date or period, you can restrict thethe number of outpatient visits checked by the system by means of thevisit type and by selecting one of the following criteria:

• Organizational units

The system selects all visits that have a departmental or treatmentassignment to one of the organizational units specified.

• Sort Order

Under List by OU (Relevant for "Totals Row for Organizational Unit")
, you can select whether the system is to sort the list bydepartmental or by treatment organizational unit.

• Case types

If you only want to evaluate cases of a certain type, select therelevant case types.

• Billable or non-billable services

If you want the system to include non-billable services when evaluatingthe services for an outpatient visit, set the corresponding indicator.
If you want the system to include billable and non-billable services,set both indicators.

• Totals

The system creates totals using the number of the visits. You can choosewhether the totals are to be created using the different visit types orthe assigned organizational units. Within the organizational units, itis possible to create totals on departmental assignment or nursingassignment level.

Output
The system outputs the following information:


• Last name, first name, birthdate, and sex of the patient


• Case number and case type


• Visit date, visit time, visit status, and visit type


• Cancellation indicator


• Organizational assignment


• Treatment room
