Description
This program enables you to check whether a configuration exists inyour institution for events.
The parameters on the program selection screen let you:

• Restrict the analysis to certain events


• Display errors only


• Select events with an assignment to a logical application (e.g. FI or
CO) only.

Precondition
In the IS-H System, function modules which assume specific functionsfrom other SAP modules (e.g. BEL001 - display document header) areassigned to specific events by means of configuration tables.
There are also events that are used for printing forms or for datacarrier exchange. These events are processed within the IS-H System anddo not require a configuration.

Output
The program outputs a list of all events checked including:


• The ID key of the event


• The descriptive text of the event


• A message confirming the existence of the configuration or an
error message.
The system outputs the number evets checkes and the number of incorrectevents at the end of the list:

Possible error messages and their causes:


• Event not assigned to any application

Either an entry is missing from the table Event-to-ConfigurationAssignment or the event in question is processed in the IS-H System.

• Application not assigned to any system

There is no entry for your institution in the tableApplication-to-System Assignment

• Could not find event configuration

An entry is missing from the table Event-to-ConfigurationAssignment. Please also check if the system release (SystemAttributes) that is assigned to the logical application of the event(Event-to-Application Assignment) is identical to the release inthe table Event-to-Configuration Asssignment.

• Could not find system

The system to which the event was assigned via the logical applicationwas not found in the table System Attributes.
