Description
This report is used to transfer IS-H services that are relevant for COto cost centers or orders.

Precondition
To be able to transfer IS-H services to cost centers, a number ofpreconditions must be fulfilled:

• Services relevant to CO must exist for the case (you set this indicator
as a default value in the service master and for the actual case whenservices are entered)

• The data must be actual data (not planned services) for live
transfer

• An assignment must be maintained between the organizational units in
IS-H and the cost centers in CO

• An account assignment rule must exist for the transfer


• The services must not already be transferred

Output
If you start the report in test mode, the services are nottransferred to Controlling. Instead, only the individual accountassignments are generated, which you can list in the log.
If you run the report in live mode, the services for which thesystem was able to establish an account assignment are transferred intoControlling.

Note
Note that the cases involved are blocked until the services for thecase have been transferred.
This is necessary to ensure that services are not changed while theyare being transferred.
For this reason, you should start the transfer procedure whenproduction operation is not impaired.
If you want to transfer services for a longer period of time, you cansplit the transfer across several program runs. In this case, however,you must use the following selection criteria:


• Institution


• Organizational unit or Case number


• Service

All other selection criteria are not evaluated until the services havebeen selected and, therefore, do not affect the number of blockedcases.
The enhancement NHCO0001 is available for implementing alternativeaccount assignment rules without having to make modifications tostandard SAP source code.
