Description
Writes a service catalog to the assignment table for flat rates andprocedures surcharges.
Table TNFPSE comes with in-house service catalog '01' (since this isthe catalog used most by our users at present).
If your catalog is not called '01', you can use this report to write adifferent catalog to the assignment table.
On the input screen, you simply enter the institution and the name ofthe service catalog in question.

Precondition
User's service catalog is not '01', or service catalog has not beenentered in table TNFPSE.

Output
Rule logs for table TNFPSE, including the service codes, and theindicator specifying whether an entry was changed, or the servicecatalog specified already existed.
