Description
This program simulates an IS-H communication action to test theautomatic message dispatch facility. For this purpose, all of theinformation must be correct. The program, therefore, is extremelydifficult to use.
Can only be used as a test tool during installation.

Precondition
To execute this program, you need the authorization S_PROGRAM with theaction SUBMIT for the report group N_U_HCMW.
The authorization N_EINR_REP is also required for the insitution inquestion and the report RNCUTL10.
Ability to supply the communications interface with the correct data.
