Description
The report reads the ICD-9 diagnosis code file (that originates from theFederal Ministry for Health, Sports, and Consumer Protection or from thelocal health-regulating authority ) into IS-H.

Precondition
The name (with path if possible) of the sequential file, in which thediagnosis codes are located, must be entered.
A diagnosis catalog for the ICD-9 diagnosis codes (catalog ID) must bedefined in the system.
If the 'Test mode' field is checked off, no database update will beexecuted. We recommend executing a run of the report in the test modemainly to check the format of the data delivered.

Output
List with the contents of the seq. file and log of the program activity(inserted, changed diagnosis codes if no test mode).
