Purpose Report RN2LN2DO1 creates a list of the document categories used in theorganizational units. Integration When maintaining the OU-related document profile you can call the reportfor selected document categories from the Document Assignments view typeusing the Where-Used List function.
Output The where-used list is sorted by document categories and OUs and isdisplayed with the SAP List Viewer (ALV list). The header rows of this list contain document category-relatedinformation and the item rows contain the organizational units assignedto the corresponding document category. You can also create personal layouts and request these on the initialscreen. |
