Purpose
During billing-technical replacement the system did not create servicesin table NLEI, if first the medical group service was performed and thenreleased.
The correction report determines all individual services which haveresulted from the release of a group service. If the report cannot findthese individual services in table NLEI, it will create them.
The report also checks whether the table NLLZ also contains allconnections between the replaced group services and the resultingindividual services. If this is not the case, the report creates themissing entries in table NLLZ. The number of entries in the tables NLEIand NLLZ, which must be created, need not match.
If a case is locked, the report will not create individual services forthis case number.
You can use system parameter N1CHKABR (IS-H*MED: Error in Final-BilledCase) to control how final-billed cases are processed as follows:

• N1CHKABR = E: All the cases are listed with a note that the case is
billed and no services can be created.

• N1CHKABR = W: All the cases are listed with a note that the case is
billed and services can be created.

• N1CHKABR = ' ': Services are created for all the cases without a note
that the case is billed.
You can execute the correction report for each institution and for aspecific period of time. As the report handles a large quantity of datathe entered period of time should not be too large.
Note: We recommend that when you execute the correction report inproductive mode, you save the results list as a local file or executethe correction report as a batch job and also save the log file as alocal file.
