Purpose
Initialization of the fields NTMN-ENDPL and NTMN-APCNID.
Each appointment that is not linked to a movement (NTMN-TMNLB =initial), is assigned the value ENDPL = 0.
Each appointment that is linked to a movement with the status 'PLANNED'(NBEW-PLANB <> initial), is assigned the value ENDPL = 0.
Each appointment that is linked to a movement with the status 'ACTUAL'(NBEW-PLANB = initial), is assigned the value ENDPL = 1.

Activities
If the program aborts, it can be restarted.
