Initialization of number assignment for the table NATM.

Prerequisites
This XPRA has to run for Release 4.72. It initializes the numberassignment for the identification of time slot modifications. For thispurpose, an entry is created in the tables NRIV (intervals) and TNKRS(IS-H number assignment) for each client.

Features
The XPRA outputs the number of clients in the system and the respectivenumber of NRIV and TNKRS entries, classified by new and modifiedrecords. The total number of NRIV and TNKRS entries should correspond tothe number of clients in the system.
