Initialization of Number Assignment for Table N1PLATH

Prerequisites
This XPRA must run for i.s.h.med Release 4.71. It initializes the numberassignment for the identification of the day-related planning authority.For each client, the system will create an entry in the tables NRIV(intervals) and TNKRS (IS-H number assignment).

Features
The system will output the number of clients which exist in the system,and the corresponding number of NRIV and TNKRS entries, divided intoadded and changed records. The total number of NRIV or TNKRS entriesshould correspond with the number of clients in the system.
