SAP Program RN1PFORT - Public List

Description
In the public list, patients who are present at the time selected willbe listed.
Three types of attendance can be selected either individually or incombination:

  • Inpatient present:

  • Patients, admitted as inpatients and who have not been discharged.
    Patients given leave are marked separately. Planned movements areincluded.
    • Discharged inpatient (X days ago):

    • Outpatient present:

    • Patients, who have an outpatient visit on the key date
      The institution is also a selection criterion.
      The sorting sequence can be selected by name or by org. unit.
      In the basic list, only patients are displayed which do not have theindicator 'public list block' set.
      Further processing can be:
      • Resort the list

      • Partial list

      • Using a dialog window, limitations can be entered, specifically by lastname, first name, date of birth, sex, but also by organizational unitand type of attendance. Here, only data from the basic list areincluded.
        In the partial list it is also possible to have patients displayed whoare marked 'public list block'. Branching from a partial list to a newpartial list is possible, whereas a return will always end up on thebasic liste.

        Precondition
        Authorization for institution is checked; institutions for which thereexists no authorization will be skipped.
        Authorization for organizational units with indicator "Data sensitive"is checked; if authorization exists, then the organizational unit willbe output as data sensitive.
        By way of the parameter 'ADR_BER' (X = yes) in the parametermaintenance 'institution', you control whether the address displaywithin an institution is permitted.
        By way of the parameter 'FRISTPFL' in the parameter maintenance client,the number of days are set, within which discharges are to beconsidered.
        In the program, if the parameter is missing, then the value '6' will be
        entered

        Output
        Output is then:

        • Name, birth date and sex

        • Nursing care organizational unit, room and telephone

        • Admission and discharge dates
