Generating Procedures for Released Services

Purpose
The report RN1GEN_LEI_ICPM creates procedures for released services fora certain period and certain organizational units.

Prerequisites
To enable generation of procedures for a released service, the followingconditions must be fulfilled for this service:
The procedures to be generated must be assigned to the service. You mustcreate the assignment in Maintain Service Group (transactionNT32). You must store the assignment type that you use for theassignment in institution-related, time-dependent parameter N1HKLICP.
The system only supports single-level assignments, meaning every servicethat can be released or entered, must have all procedures to begenerated assigned to it linearly.

Features

Selection
You have the following criteria for selecting the released services:

  • Date Interval: mandatory

  • Performing Organizational Unit: optional, multiple entry possible

  • Test Mode On/Off

    • Output
    The program displays all services, for which procedures have beengenerated, with the following information:

    • Patient Number and Name, Case Number

    • Actual Date and Actual Time, Performing Organizational Unit, Service
      • Code, Service Description
      • Generated Procedures

        • ICPM-Code, Main Code Indicator, Department, Description of ProcedureIndicator
        The services are sorted by case number and date.

        Activities
        You can start the report RN1GEN_LEI_ICPM more than once. It recognizeswhether procedures have already been generated for a released/createdservice. If it finds at least one procedure for a service, it will notgenerate a procedure for this service.
        This will disable report RN1GEN_LEI_ICPM for further generation ofprocedures assigned in the master data.
