Transfer budget structure from previous year
You can use program BPCARRY0 to create aBudget structure (BSP) for a target year.The budget structure of an FM area, which was valid before the targetyear, is used as a template.
You use this budget structure copy program for each respective fund.This transfers only those Budgetstructure elements in a fund that are valid in the target year. Youcan subsequently enhance the copied budget structure with furtherbudget structures in normal individual maintenance.
Use
For the changeover from non-year dependent to year-dependent masterdata maintenance:
You must execute the program for those target years and create a budgetstructure, in which budget has already been assigned during non-yeardependent maintenance.
In year-dependent master data maintenance for the transfer of thebudget structure into the following fiscal year:
The budget structure copy program is especially helpful for generatinga budget structure for the following fiscal year, when there are nochanges or only very minor changes in the following fiscal year.
You are working with overall values.
The fund is also valid in the target year.
No budget structure has yet been created for the fund in the targetyear.
The budget structure to be transferred from the previous year was notmaintained with commitment item groups.
The funds centers and commitment items of the budget structure elementsarea have been created in the target year or the attributes of thismaster data are allowed in the target year.

Output
After executing this program a display list is output, in which theresult of the budget structure transfer into the target year is logged.
