Display of Stock in Transit

Purpose
This report issues a list containing all stocks that are located in aplant's stock in transit.This can cover both stock transport orders and cross-company-code stocktransport orders.
On the selection screen, you can choose the types of orders you want todisplay. You can also include orders for which delivery is completed, ordeleted orders.
If you enter a special stockindicator, you can target your selection to find, for example, stocktransport orders for salesorder stock.
The stocks in transit and values are the sums of the quantities from therecords in the purchase order history that were posted before and afterthe key date.
The values are calculated according to the net value of the purchaseorder items. Since there may be stock transport orders without a netvalue, you may find that no values are shown.

Prerequisites
You need the authorization to display material master data(authorization object Material Master: Plants,activity 03) for all the selected receiving plants.
In addition, you need the authorization to display purchase order dataof a purchasing organization (authorization object M_BEST_EKO, activity03).
To display the values, you also need the authorization to displayaccounting documents (authorization object AccountingDocument: Authorization for Company Codes, activity 03) for thecompany code of the receiving plant.

Features
This report offers three different types of list output. You can selectone in the "Output Options" area. For each list output, you can use andmanage layouts.
1. Totals list
This list contains the aggregated data at material level, plant level,and special stock indicator level.
In this list output, the following interactions are possible:
- Select line and double-click: the detail data of the selected materialmaster is displayed in the hierarchical list.
- Select line and choose the "Stock Overview" icon: transaction MMBE iscalled for the selected material.
2. Hierarchical list
This list contains the detailed data. The header lines contain the dataof the material masters, and the item data contains the data of theassigned stock transport orders.
In this list output, the interactions "Display Order", "Display OrderHistory", "Stock Overview", and "Detail List" are possible.
3. Non-hierarchical list
This list contains the detailed data of the material master and stocktransport order in one line. It is suitable for downloads of listoutput.
In this list output, the interactions "Display Order", "Display OrderHistory", and "Stock Overview" are possible.
This report remembers the parameters set for each run by each user.These parameters are proposed for the next run.
In Customizing for Inventory Management and Physical Inventory ->Reporting -> Set Up Print Functions for Reporting (Customizing viewV_MMIM_REP_PRINT), the user can define the following settings:
- The non-hierarchical list can be displayed either as ALV classic(default) or ALV grid.
- Stocks and values can be color-coded according to whether they have aplus or minus sign (default = color coded).

• Value in local currency, calculated from the net order value by using
the current rate of exchange or an exchange rate fixed in the order.

• Net purchase order value in order currency

Note that the currency fields are not filled for standard stocktransport orders, because these orders have no net value.
