Display of physical inventory documents for a material

Purpose
This report outputs a list ofphysical inventory documents
posted for a material.

Prerequisites
For all selected plants, you require authorization to display physicalinventory documents (authorization object Phys. Inv.:Phys. Inv. Document in Plant, activity 03).

You can select the documents and their items by status and time.

    • If you place the cursor on a physical inventory document, you candisplay:
    • The overview of the physical inventory document, by choosing
      • Display document
      • The physical inventory history for a physical inventory document item,
        • by choosing Inventory history.
        If you place the cursor on a material and choose Total material,an overview of the difference quantities and differences values for thecurrent year and the previous year, broken down by plant and storagelocation, appears.
