Report RM06BW47 writes all purchase requisitions from an intervaldefined by the user that satisfy the archiving conditions to a storagesystem. Integration
As soon as you have archived the requisitions, you can remove them fromthe database using the delete report RM06BD47.

You define the residence time in days per purchasing document type anditem category.
Enter the value MM_EBAN in the Archiving Object field inarchive administration (transaction code SARA).

The report archives purchase requisitions that have exceeded the definedresidence times. You will find an overview of the database tablesrelevant to archiving in the application Tables and ArchivingObjects (transaction code DB15). You can extend the archivingscope using the Business Add-In (BAdI) ARC_MM_EBAN_WRITE, which isintegrated in the report, without modifications.Archivability check
