Purpose
In Release Automotive 2.0, the following fields have been added to tablerlacpoit for the item data for returnable packaging account postings:

• Reference document: General field for document references that support
account posting searches and reconciliation

• Goods movement date (as timestamp): Information about when the goods
movement took place
This report pre-fills the mentioned fields for existing postings withdefault values as follows:

• The reference document is prefilled with the already exisiting reference
in the delivery note. Numerical field values are filled internally withleading zeros (alpha conversion).

• The goods movement time is taken from the posting date. Here, the time
is 12pm and the <(><<)>DS:DE.TZNZONESYS>system time zone
<(><<)>/> is defined. If the system time zone is not defined, the UTC isused.
The new reference document field adopts the role the delivery note hadin the account comparison and in analyses. By adopting existing values,the programs operating the new field behave in the same way as theirpredecessors that worked with the delivery note. the conversion is aprerequisite for returnable packaging account matching, in particular.
The goods movement date is only visible in the posting entry andanalyses. Correspondingly, the goods movement date only affects thecorresponding posting lists.

Prerequisites
The report only runs in the upgrade with source-Release Automotive 1.0(corresponds to Release 4.0).

Selection
The report functions cross-client and adjusts all postings where thegoods movement date or reference document is initial.
