SAP Program RLLL0000 - Warehouse activity monitor: Overview of all critical objects

Description
This report is the actual warehouse activity monitor report. You cannotcall up this report directly. You can only call it up via transactionLL01 (from the Warehouse Management screen: Environment -> Warehouseactivity monitor) by report RLLL0100.
If warehouse activity monitor report RLLL0000 is called up by reportRLLL0100 with a variant, the system will not display a selectionscreen. If warehouse activity monitor report RLLL0000 is called up byreport RLLL0100 without a variant, the system will display a selectionscreen on which you can select the warehouse activity monitor objectsto be displayed by the warehouse activity monitor. In addition, you canspecify selection criteria for the warehouse activity monitor objects.

Warehouse activity monitor report RLLL0000 retrieves the criticalprocesses and situations from special database tables, LL01 to LL05,which are filled and reorganised in batch mode by evaluation reportsRLLL01SE to RLLL07SE. The critical processes and situations pertainingto the individual warehouse activity monitor objects are displayedhierarchically on the warehouse activity monitor overview screen.
By expanding a node of the hierarchy, you can display sub-objects of awarehouse activity monitor object. For example, you can display thetransfer order items by movement type by clicking the "Unconfirmedtransfer orders" warehouse activity monitor object.
From the overview screen, you can run the evaluation report for aspecific warehouse activity monitor object to retrieve current data forthis object. To do this, place the cursor on the desired warehousemonitor activity object and choose Edit -> Determine data again.
By double-clicking a warehouse activity monitor object or a sub-objectof a warehouse activity monitor object, you can go to a detaileddisplay screen for the warehouse activity monitor object. This screendisplays all critical processes for a warehouse activity monitor objecton a line-by-line basis. The ABAP list viewer is used for the thedetailed display.
The detailed display screen of a warehouse activity monitor objectprovides you with the following functions regardless of the objectdisplayed:

  • Enter processing notes for a critical process

  • Display processing information for a warehouse activity monitor object

  • Display error log messages after performing a task
